After more than two months with no reply from ubuntu, it’s time to remove it from our mirror.

We can now have more space for Fedora!

We just replaced our old helpdesk system (manageengine’s servicedesk) with SysAid 9.1.01 RC2 (b69).

I really like the new UI. The installation went smoothly, the only issue was with the init-sysaid.sh script that I had to dos2unix.
